Strategic Campaign Proposal

In 2011, along with a team of classmates, I developed a strategic campaign for Burlington, NC non-profit, Allied Churches of Alamance County (ACAC). Like many non-profits, particularly given the national financial climate of the time, ACAC faced a lot of financial uncertainty. It also lacked awareness locally.

We conducted a survey and focus group with Elon University students to gauge awareness and perception of ACAC. We also attempted to gauge opinion on alternative ways of supporting the non-profit financially.

Social Media and SEO Audit

I worked, again with a team of classmates, in graduate school to create a social media and SEO plan for Allied Churches. We began by conducting an audit of the organization’s current social media presence. Based on the audit, we made recommendations for content as well as suggested key performance indicators.

We also conducted an SEO audit through various web tools and analysis through the spider tool, Screaming Frog. Based on the audit we made recommendations to the client to improve the site’s SEO.
